Donna Vinton has been in the recruitment business for 15 years. Prior to working for Signature Executive Search, she held administrative positions with institutions such as the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., Delaware Trust Company and the Delaware Racing Commission. She hold a B.A. degree in Psychology.
Donna's recruiting experience is in the legal support industry, wealth management and trust, corporate relocation and most recently, attorney recruitment.
Christine offers a proven record of accomplishment in recruiting for over 17 years across multiple disciplines including legal, financial services, medical device and engineering. She is adept at managing high-level client relationships, strategic sourcing and negotiating complex offers. Ms. Ford joined Signature Executive Search in 2010.
Christine specializes in LISTENING. Whether you are a client or a candidate, she is committed to understanding what the client needs and then delivering based on that need. Specialty areas include strategic sourcing of Attorneys (NY to DC - all practice areas) and Financial Executives (UHNW, Trust & Estates, Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Investment Advisory).
Ms. Ford began her professional career with PNC Bank's Mutual Fund Division (PFPC - now BNY Mellon Fund Services) in 1982. After receiving regular promotions, Christine moved into a Unit Head position and was responsible for much of the hiring and training in her department. As a result, she developed a skill and interest in recruiting and moved into a recruiting position within PNC Bank's Human Resources Department where she remained until 1997.
Christine then had an opportunity to enter into agency recruiting and joined The Network Group as an Executive Recruiter. While there, she successfully negotiated salaries, relocations and complex compensation packages for various types of positions. Ms. Ford developed and maintained long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships built on integrity, quality and honesty with both clients and candidates alike.
This experience led Christine to another recruiting opportunity, this time with the CBI Group as a a Recruitment Consultant. Upon hire, she was quickly assigned to highly visible recruiting initiative for a flagship client, recruitment engineers for the Medical Device division of a global manufacturer. Ms. Ford developed a reputation (with both clients and candidates) for the ability to successfully manage highly visible recruiting projects and continues that reputation today with Signature Executive Search.
Maureen Hilliard Fahey has been a recruiter for 16 years. Initially, she began his career with CDI-Consolidated Design Incorporated. She placed contract employees with many businesses. These positions included Administrative Assistants to Light industrial workers.
When she came to work at the Network Group in 2002, Maureen was given the Legal Desk placing legal secretaries, paralegals, runners and receptionists. The Network Group became Network Search / Signature Executive Search in 2010 when the company was bought by Jesse Reeves. While she has maintained working with legal firms and their administrative needs, Maureen is now recruiting attorneys at both the local and national level.
For over twenty years, Steve Alonzo and Ron Brookins have enjoyed remarkable success in The Executive Search Business. Steve and Ron each started our recruiting careers in the early 80’s with Fox–Morris and Associates. Both successfully built a West Coast presence for Fox- Morris specializing in the food industry. In early 2000 Fox-Morris was acquired by Signature Executive Search and today Steve and Ron continue to achieve a high level of performance success in the food industry at Signature Executive Search’s Orange, CA. office.

Eric Holloway founded Signature Furniture Services in 1998, a full service office furniture installation company specializing in the installation, reconfiguration, storage and moving of office furniture. As an adjunct to the furniture installation business, Signature Construction & Design was founded in 1999 to perform residential and commercial construction.
In 2002, Eric partnered with Jesse Reeves to found Sales Solutions, an executive search/ head hunting business engaged in the placement of professionals in legal (attorney and support), financial services (primarily trust services), IT, and food/consumer products manufacturing which through acquisition today trades as Signature Executive Search and Network Search. Prior to owning Signature Furniture Services, Eric was the third generation owner of Holloway Bros Tools Inc, a wholesale distributor of supplies to construction and industry concentrating on the Mid-Atlantic States. Eric sold the business to MSC (New York Stock Exchange Ticker Symbol: MSM) in 1998.
Eric attended Hamilton College in New York majoring in Economics and Texas A&M University in Texas majoring in Industrial Distribution. He lives in Westover Hills with his wife Monique and two children.
David Williams has been the controller for Signature Executive Search since 2006. David has been involved financial administrative for local and global organizations for over 20 years in varying industries.
Kevin Beere joined Signature Executive Search in 2005. In 2014, Kevin opened a new location for the company in Ellicott City, MD to support our law firm clientele in the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.
Kevin conducts himself as being an old school style recruiter priding himself on confidentiality and accountability. He listens and tries to suggest opportunities to lateral partner candidates that make sense for both their careers and satisfies the hopes and dreams of their families.
